1. Processing of Personal Data
According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), any information that identifies or can identify your identity, including your personal data and special categories of personal data, can be processed by Hanroma International Trade (“DATA CONTROLLER”) as the data controller.
Processing personal data includes any operation performed on data such as obtaining, recording, storing, maintaining, altering, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, classifying, or preventing the use of personal data.
The protection of your personal data is of vital importance to us. We assure you that we will take all necessary measures and continue to be highly transparent in this regard.
2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing and Transfer of Personal Data
The personal data obtained will be processed by our relevant units in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation for the purposes listed below: conducting work, reporting and statistical analysis, carrying out business processes, ensuring the legal and commercial security of individuals with whom we have business relations, performing procurement, finance, and accounting operations, and executing information communication and physical security processes. These data may be transferred to our lawyers, authorized public institutions/agencies as per obligations arising from legal legislation such as Tax Procedure Law, Social Security Law, Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Environmental Management Regulation, intermediary financial institutions for evaluating financial risks, independent audit firms for audit processes, and local/international organizations we receive support from in our business processes, based on legal grounds, legislation, and your consent.
3. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by the DATA CONTROLLER through various methods and based on different legal grounds. This can be done verbally, in writing, or electronically, through notifications you make via written documents/forms such as promotional forms, information forms, contact forms, other documents, and candidate application forms. Data can be collected wholly or partially automatically or as part of a non-automatic data recording system and can be obtained from outside the DATA CONTROLLER, including national/international organizations we receive support from in our business processes and other third parties.
4. Measures Taken to Ensure the Security of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure data security to:

5. Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
By applying to the Data Controller, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if your personal data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately,
d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
f) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
g) Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
h) Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
k) Request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
As a data subject, you need to submit your claims regarding your rights to the DATA CONTROLLER in writing, along with necessary documents identifying your identity.
